Server Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Server to join our team at Rock Ridge Country Club Inc. As a key member of our dining staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members and guests.

• Provide attentive and personalized service to all members and guests throughout their dining experience.
• Prepare service stations, set tables, and complete other opening duties as requested by the Manager.
• Greet members warmly upon arrival and make them feel welcome.
• Carry out lunch and dinner service in compliance with FCG's Steps of Service.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery.

• Previous experience as a Server or equivalent role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Basic knowledge of club's POS system or comparable POS system is a plus.

• A competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
