About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Program Manager to join our team in Albuquerque, NM. As a Technical Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple contracted efforts focused on basic research for Directed Energy weapons.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple technology development contracts and subcontracts
  • Oversee cost, schedule, and technical performance of assigned projects and contracts
  • Interface with government, industry, and university professionals in the performance of these duties

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in project management
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field and/or in Engineering
  • Familiarity with US DoD research contracting methods and managing US DoD contracts
  • Familiarity with contracting with universities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Program Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
  • Experience with Directed Energy weapons technologies is a plus

Clearance Requirements

  • Active Secret Clearance Required to Start

Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%
  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery
  • Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers
