Senior Healthcare Counselor

Avera Brady Health and Rehab is seeking a skilled Senior Healthcare Counselor to provide direct social work services and counseling to residents and their families within a collaborative, multidisciplinary healthcare team. The estimated hourly range for this position is $24.37-$36.56 per hour, based on experience.

The Senior Healthcare Counselor is accountable for providing direct social work service and counseling to residents and their families. This role involves working closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver excellent care.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• An Associate's Degree in Social Work, Human Services or related field
• Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Human Services or related field preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
