To oversee the daily operations of a Hardee's restaurant in the absence of the Senior/General Manager. Assist in driving sales growth through maintaining the highest standards of quality, service, and cleanliness with a constant focus on profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit and hire qualified staff to operate the restaurant based on company standards and in compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Develop and implement effective scheduling strategies to ensure adequate staffing levels and manage labor costs to meet company standards.
  • Train and develop crew members under the direction of the Senior/General Manager, focusing on providing exceptional customer service and promoting a positive work environment.
  • Maintain a collaborative and harmonious working relationship with the management team and crew, providing coaching, counseling, and discipline as needed.
  • Conduct regular meetings with crew and management team members to discuss operational procedures, promotions, safety, security, training, and other important topics.
  • Ensure the restaurant maintains an adequate supply of products and items necessary to operate efficiently, controlling inventory to meet company Food Cost Variance standards.
  • Manage reports and records based on company standards and in compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Maintain the restaurant's physical appearance, adhering to proper operating, cleaning, and preventive maintenance procedures.
  • Oversee all cash handling procedures, ensuring adherence to company standards.
  • Ensure personal appearance meets company standards and displays professionalism at all times.
  • Adhere to all HR, sanitation, safety, and security policies and procedures to ensure a safe and compliant environment for all.
