You will also coach potential and high-potential talent regarding individual development and career planning in support of succession.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deploy locally relevant strategies that enable a people-focused culture, including engagement and well-being.
  • Coach potential and high-potential talent regarding individual development and career planning in support of succession.
  • Build effective teams, including new leader assimilation, team norms workshops, team diagnosis and solutions, culture diagnosis, etc.
  • Train new and experienced people leaders on their core leadership responsibilities and associated behaviors.
  • Consult with and advise managers to address associate performance deficits and/or employee relations issues.
  • Support individual talent development needs through coaching and planning solutions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field with years of HR Generalist experience in a high-growth, rapidly changing environment.
  • 3+ years of HR experience supporting non-exempt distribution or manufacturing client groups.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach and develop leaders in an HR Business Partner relationship.
  • Strong technical aptitude (HRIS, Power BI, data analysis, etc.).
  • Must have worked in a metrics-driven organization with demonstrated understanding of how HR impacts the business.
  • Desire to work on-site full-time to partner with and support on-site teams.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
  • HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, etc.).
  • HR experience working in a medium to large-sized organization.
