At Montefiore Medical Center, we are dedicated to providing exceptional care to our patients and their families. We are seeking a highly skilled Pediatrician with Expertise in Child Abuse and Trauma to join our team of compassionate and committed healthcare professionals.

About the Position

The successful candidate will provide comprehensive medical evaluations and consultations for children and adolescents who have experienced trauma. This includes providing sensitive and individualized care to help patients and their families heal and recover from abuse and neglect. The pediatrician will also teach residents and medical students, participate in quality improvement initiatives, and contribute to the development of new treatments and therapies.

Requirements
  • A board certification or eligibility in Child Abuse Pediatrics
  • Excellent clinical skills and experience working with children and adolescents
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A commitment to teaching and education
