Job Description

As an Orange Theory Sales Associate, you will play a key role in driving sales and revenue growth for our fitness studio. Your primary responsibility will be to meet and exceed key performance sales indicators, including package offerings, memberships, membership renewals, retail sales, and maximizing workout traffic.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate records using established OTF sales systems
  • Conduct telephone inquiries, follow-up calls, and customer care calls
  • Lead OTF studio previews with prospects and/or fitness program holders
  • Greet members and guests promptly, enthusiastically, and with a smile, to create a friendly positive entrance into the OTF studio

Our ideal candidate will have previous sales experience, strong sales skills, and the ability to multi-task and excel in a busy environment. You will also be required to have solid verbal and written communication skills, functional computer skills, and be health and fitness-minded.
