Enrollment Specialist

The University of St. Thomas is a private institution dedicated to the liberal arts and Catholic higher education tradition.
We are seeking an Enrollment Specialist in the Office of the Registrar to assist with essential duties.
Job Responsibilities- Process transcript and enrollment/degree verification requests efficiently.
- Maintain accurate student records, ensuring proper filing, retention, and accessibility.
- Manage batch enrollments for new and current students across various academic programs.
- Process athletic eligibility certifications according to NCAA rules and regulations.
- Assist the Senior Assistant Registrar with scheduling/student issues and requests as needed.
- Monitor data check queries and correct issues in miscellaneous student and program data upon request.
- Serve as backup for front counter support.
- Contribute to graduation preparation and activities.
- Bachelor's degree is required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a college or university Registrar's office with a focus on enrollment duties.
- Previous experience with data reporting and query development is beneficial.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Professional 2010 (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access) and PeopleSoft Student Information System is necessary.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills are vital for success in this role.
- A strong organizational ability to handle multiple tasks effectively is required.
This full-time position comes with a competitive salary of $45,000-$60,000 per year, depending on experience.
