WE ARE OFFERING A $15,000 SIGN ON BONUS

Please disregard the "Estimated Salary" information for this role as the compensation is negotiable based on qualifications and experience.

The RN Supervisor is expected to be a positive role model who operates effectively, efficiently, and with respect towards residents, staff, families, volunteers, and professional consultants.

Key Responsibilities for the RN Supervisor:
1. Oversee the delivery of care.
2. Act as a resource for direct care staff.
3. Coordinate on-site responses to incidents, errors, and sentinel events.
4. Assist the Director of Nursing and Nurse Manager with staffing, staff education, and other assigned tasks.
5. Provide direct patient care under the Registered Nurse job description when necessary and/or assigned.
6. This position requires availability Monday through Friday, with an on-call rotation.

Qualifications:

Must possess a valid Registered Nurse license; Delaware is a compact state.
3+ years of experience in a Long Term Care supervisory role is preferred, but mentorship is available.
Knowledge of Point Click Care (PCC) is preferred.
