About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Tire Technician to join our team at Discount Tire. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining tires on a variety of vehicles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install new tires and wheels
  • Perform routine tire maintenance, including rotations, balancing, and repairs
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for our customers
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on the latest tire technology and techniques
Requirements
  • Must have a strong work ethic and be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds and work in a physically demanding environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
