Patient Care Coordinator

As a Patient Care Coordinator at MultiCare Health System, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our health care services. With a strong focus on comprehensive patient care and timely transport of patients, supplies, and equipment, this position is an excellent opportunity for growth and development.
Job Summary
The Patient Care Coordinator is responsible for providing basic nursing care as directed by RN/physician, assisting with unit tasks such as cleaning equipment and stocking supplies, and partnering with the entire nursing staff to ensure seamless care delivery. This role requires effective prioritization and organization skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide patient care as directed by RN/physician
- Assist units with tasks such as cleaning equipment and stocking supplies
- Partner with nursing staff to implement service-oriented attitude and professional integrity
- Prioritize and apply organization and flexibility to work duties
Requirements
- Current Washington State CNA license
- Current BLS Certification
- One (1) year experience in physician's office or other medical facility preferred
