Key Responsibilities
  • Craft and serve our signature cocktails while providing exceptional customer service and educating guests about our menu offerings.
  • Set the ambiance of the bar area, including music, lighting, and cleanliness, to ensure a welcoming and enjoyable experience for our guests.
  • Assess guest needs and make recommendations to enhance flavor profiles with food and drink pairings.
  • Prepare and restock inventory, garnishes, and juices to ensure seamless service during shifts.
  • Develop strong relationships with regular guests and provide personalized service to ensure a positive experience.
  • Collaborate with the team to maintain a healthy and warm atmosphere, and promptly address customer service issues.
Requirements
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • 6+ months of experience as a Host or in a similar role.
  • Service experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to acquire a California Food Handler's and Responsible Beverage Service Certification.
  • Bilingual is a plus.
