LMK Recruiting Solutions is a leading provider of climate control rental fleets, seeking highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Sales Professionals to lead our market development initiatives.
Job SummaryWe are looking for driven professionals who can build and expand relationships with new clients while deepening engagement with existing accounts. This role involves leveraging our extensive climate control rental fleet to deliver customized solutions that meet client needs.
Responsibilities- Market Development: Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate new markets while maintaining and nurturing existing client relationships.
- Direct Sales Activities: Conduct direct sales calls and presentations to targeted customer segments within the designated market area.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver customized solutions that meet client needs.
- Sales Administration: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and market trends.
- Continuous Learning: Engage in ongoing product training and stay updated on industry developments to provide expert insights to clients.
- Experience: 3-5+ years of proven success in Outside Sales, preferably within the HVAC or industrial rental market.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Technical, Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Licenses & Screening: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and ability to pass pre-employment background and drug screenings.
- Field Work: Willingness to spend 90%+ of time in the field (travel) engaging with clients.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in commercial and/or industrial product sales, particularly within the HVAC rental industry, is required. Strong understanding of HVAC and electrical systems, including their functionalities, is also essential.
- Skills & Qualities: Competitive drive and a commitment to achieving sales objectives, mechanical aptitude, proficient problem-solving skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, strong organization and follow-through skills, and demonstrated leadership qualities are necessary.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Excel, Windows, Outlook, CRM systems, and other relevant software.
- Competitive salary with an unlimited commission structure: $40,000 - $130,000 per year
