Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Insurance Department Manager to oversee our customer service department. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of insurance policies, industry regulations, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients in Rochester Hills, MI, USA.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with customers through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
  • Develop and implement protocols for customer service and operational efficiency to guarantee seamless and productive workflows.
  • Identify operational shortcomings and devise strategies to enhance customer service and streamline operations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from a college.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in customer service within the commercial insurance industry.
  • Michigan PC Insurance License preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Agency Management Systems (preferably AMS360).
