Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Palliative Care team at St. Vincent Regional Hospital in Billings, Montana. As a member of our team, you will work closely with a supportive team of healthcare professionals to provide quality care and excellent patient experience.

Estimated Salary: $140,000 - $180,000 per year

This is a competitive compensation package that includes a starting bonus of up to $10,000, relocation bonus of up to $7,500 (if applicable), and student loan repayment bonus of up to $25,000 (if applicable). Additionally, we offer PSFL eligibility.

About the Role

As a Palliative Care Provider, you will work with patients to develop goals of care, manage symptoms, and improve quality of life. You will have a flexible schedule that prioritizes work-life balance and opportunities for professional growth within a great team dynamic.

Requirements
  • An active Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) License by the MT State Board.
  • Prescriptive Authority by the MT state board of Nursing or Medical Examiners and DEA License.
  • Current BLS certification endorsed by the American Heart Association.
  • ACLS Certification within 6 months of employment (site specific).
  • Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health's credentialing process.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and diplomatically within a multi-functional team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A passion for Palliative Care.
  • Experience in Palliative Care, Hospice, inpatient care, or related specialty required.
