Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Liberty Coca-Cola Beverages. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional to lead our maintenance operations, ensuring the smooth running of our production processes while maintaining a safe working environment.
About the Role:
- As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for planning, prioritizing, assigning, supervising, and reviewing the work of electromechanical technicians who maintain our production and facility equipment.
- You will monitor work practices and quality of work performed, ensuring adherence to safety procedures that protect our team members and plant personnel.
- The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, managing and motivating direct reports, providing performance feedback, and implementing progressive discipline when necessary.
- Your key objective will be to ensure all systems operate at their highest capability to meet production schedules, quality, costs, and schedule priorities.
- You will analyze production downtime reports, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop action plans to increase efficiency.
- This role requires strong communication and coordination skills, as you will interact with contractors, equipment suppliers, technical consultants, and vendors.
- You will also work closely with the Maintenance Manager, other Maintenance Supervisors, Team Members, and Human Resources.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 10 years' experience in manufacturing maintenance, preferably with supervisory experience.
- Bachelor's degree (preferred) and relevant certifications such as Forklift certification and programming Allen Bradley PLCs.
- Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and utility systems, including ammonia refrigeration and boiler systems.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Able to work flexible hours, including weekends, as needed.
Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
