Compelling Salary: The estimated annual salary for this role is approximately $$65,000-$90,000.

About the Position:

This dynamic role at Certus Pest Inc involves being responsible for inspecting wildlife traps and collaborating with an exclusion specialist to provide exclusion services. The primary duties include identifying potential and actual wildlife problems, removing unwanted pests, setting up and checking laid traps, and performing carpentry and cosmetic fixes to properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect/troubleshoot wildlife traps as needed to employ effective pest control strategies.
  • Maintain service schedules for assigned customers, ensuring timely communication prior to each service.
  • Assist in installing wildlife and pest traps, applying caulks or other supplies to seal gaps/holes in structures, and using construction methods to resolve issues.
  • Perform tasks on rooftops, in attics, in crawl spaces, and on ladders at least 35ft high, taking pictures of affected areas and communicating progress to customers and operation managers.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • 21 years of age with a minimum of 5 years of driving experience.
  • Successful completion of initial training and obtaining relevant license/certification (where applicable).
  • Able to work extended hours/weekends as needed.
  • Able to pass criminal background checks and drug screening.
  • Demonstrate safe driving record from DMV.
