Your Role at Raising Cane's

The Restaurant Graphics Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring that our brand's visual identity is consistently executed across all locations. This includes the timely and efficient research, build-out, submission, and review of LCG decks and GL schematics to maintain schedules and ensure smooth project transitions.

Your Impact and Responsibilities
  1. Maintain new restaurant openings (NRO) and remodels project lists and schedules, requiring LCG-GL deck initiation and build-out.
  2. Request LCG input forms, receive/review for completeness, and coordinate submission of forms to vendors.
  3. Support workload to ensure all location decks remain on schedule.
  4. Assist the Senior Specialist of Restaurant Graphics in reviewing initial deck submissions from vendors.
  5. Reconcile any issues to ensure NRO and remodel kits are fully completed for installation.
  6. Demonstrate knowledge of interior décor materials and general understanding of printing substrates.
  7. Continually improve deck forms receipt, concepting, and build-out processes.
  8. Coordinate with vendors on tracking and confirming kit completion and timely shipment to installation locations.
  9. Support all projects close-out requirements (final decks, approvals, photos, etc.).
  10. Support in coordinating replacement component requests due to damage, theft, etc.
Requirements for Success
  1. 1+ years of commercial interior décor development experience.
  2. Intermediate knowledge of Adobe Illustrator/Acrobat strongly preferred.
  3. Microsoft Proficient: Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  4. Experience with vendor and agency negotiations preferred.
  5. Experience within the QSR industry (with franchise operations) highly desirable.
  6. Able to travel to NRO, remodels, and installations 10-25%.
  7. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities that may be constantly changing.
  8. Self-driven, flexible, and highly energetic with strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
  9. Able to work effectively and efficiently both independently and collaboratively.
  10. Bachelor's degree in marketing, graphic design, interior design, or related discipline.
