The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of $1800 per week, with an additional $40 per hour for local pay. Job Description

As an LPN at Amergis, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing Direct Patient Care: Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in a Long Term Care/Assisted Living Facility.
  • Conducting Focused Interviews: Perform focused interviews to identify specific needs and gather information from patients and healthcare members.
  • Assessing Patient Needs: Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychological changes in the patient's condition and collect, analyze, and interpret data to inform patient care decisions.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Current LPN License: Hold a current Licensed Practical Nurse license for the state in which you practice.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Demonstrate effective communication skills, including strong spoken, written, listening, and nonverbal communication abilities.
  • Previous Experience: Have at least one year of prior professional nursing experience, preferably in a Long Term Care/Assisted Living setting.
