We're seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Behavior Technician, where they will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children with autism spectrum disorder and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach children while playing, following a treatment plan tailored to their specific needs
  • Observe, play, and collect data to inform progress notes
  • Help children develop essential life skills, such as motor, social, and emotional skills
  • Collaborate with children to shape challenging behaviors into effective communication skills
  • Provide high-quality care and support to our clients

Requirements:

  • Prior experience working with children
  • High energy levels, creativity, and ability to think on your feet
  • Dependability and ability to establish trust with clients and their families
  • Ability to move quickly and frequently, as well as work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Tech savviness, including comfort with data collection software and Microsoft Office 365
  • Desire to learn, work independently, and provide exceptional care to our clients
  • Fluency in Spanish and English
