Production Manager

The Production Supervisor plays a pivotal role in ensuring the production of high-quality parts that meet the company's stringent standards. This involves overseeing the production process, ensuring standard cycle times are met, and implementing changes to molding processes as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accurate assembly of parts and adherence to plant safety and quality policies.
  • Conduct Level III QA audits to monitor quality objectives and identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement color and material changes safely and efficiently, minimizing production overruns and waste.
  • Program color blenders to achieve the correct color for molded parts.
  • Collaborate with production and support department managers to achieve operational goals.

Requirements:

  • At least two years of experience in an injection molding environment.
  • A minimum of one year of supervisory experience managing production employees.
  • Experience with automation is highly desirable.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and manufacturing systems (IQMS preferred).
