Providence Health & Service is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team. As an Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, and providing ongoing treatment to improve their functional status.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients to identify their needs and develop treatment plans to improve their functional status.
- Provide ongoing treatment to patients, including exercises, activities, and education to help them achieve their goals.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
- Document patient progress and treatment plans in accordance with hospital policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Education to qualify for Occupational Therapist licensure.
- Montana Occupational Therapist License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1 year OT experience.
