About the Job

The ASPCA is seeking a skilled Senior Veterinarian to join our team at the ASPCA Animal Hospital (AAH). As a Senior Veterinarian, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality, practical veterinary care to a wide range of outpatients and inpatients.

Responsibilities

  • Provide skilled and efficient diagnosis and treatment of outpatients and hospitalized animals within hospital medical parameters and budgetary guidelines.
  • Perform general procedures, routine and emergency surgery, and high-volume dentistry.
  • Provide a high level of customer service to external and internal clients.
  • Practice in compliance with Fear Free guidelines.

Requirements

  • Ability to successfully work in a high-volume, fast-paced urgent care practice.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrates critical thinking skills and good judgment.
  • Strong analysis and interpretation skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, adapt to changing circumstances, make decisions quickly, and juggle multiple priorities simultaneously.

What We Offer

The ASPCA offers a competitive salary range of $148,000-$156,000, a signing bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package.
