Overview of the Role

Knoxville Utilities Board is a mission-driven organization providing safe, reliable, and affordable services to its customers. We are seeking a Community Relations Analyst to lead our community outreach initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, develop, and execute special events, volunteer programs, public speaking engagements, and educational initiatives to engage with the community.
  • Measure the effectiveness of outreach efforts and modify programming as needed to meet objectives.
  • Represent the organization on nonprofit and community-based organization boards and committees.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and execution skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal and teamwork skills with the ability to work with diverse groups.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $51,900 - $80,000 annually, depending on experience. Benefits include generous health insurance, 401(k) contribution, PTO, paid holidays, and professional development opportunities.

About the Selection Process
