Occupational Therapist Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at JAG Physical Therapy. This role involves assessing patients' needs and creating effective treatment plans aimed at enhancing their functional independence.
Key Responsibilities- Collecting and recording patient care data in accordance with department policies/procedures and standards of practice
- Selecting and administering tests and measures, synthesizing evaluation results to formulate the diagnosis, goals, prognosis, and plan of care
- Establishing treatment plans based on evaluation results, goals, and best practices, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, patients, and patient support systems
- Providing education/training to patients and/or patient support systems on functional training, neurological interventions, musculoskeletal interventions, and other relevant areas
- Bachelor's or Master's degree required, Doctorate degree preferred
- Licensed Occupational Therapist
- Completed state-regulated CEU requirement in appropriate state (NY, NJ)
- Valid CPR license
- Experience/knowledge with EMR software preferred
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong clinical decision-making skills
- 1+ year(s) professional OT experience

Salary and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as various benefits, including health, dental, and vision insurance, HSA options, and a 401(k) plan with company match.
