Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Member Assist Cart Attendant. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members, ensuring a positive shopping experience, and maintaining a clean and safe shopping environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to members, answering questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure a positive shopping experience by maintaining a clean and safe shopping environment, including sweeping and restocking carts and flatbeds.
  • Assist members with their purchases, including loading and unloading items, and providing information on products and services.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and be able to answer questions from members.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales and customer service goals.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous customer service or retail experience preferred.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
