Job OverviewCRG is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Support Technician to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will provide critical support to our technicians in the configuration and setup of Self-checkout and Point of Sale (SCO/POS) devices, as well as mobile and hand-held devices. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting and resolving errors, creating and maintaining accurate inventory and incident reports, and performing cycle counting of parts and models in the warehouse. Additionally, you will assist with the shipping of printers and mobile devices, labeling, and updating the inventory system. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to technicians in the configuration and setup of SCO/POS devices and mobile devices
  • Troubleshoot and resolve errors in the configuration process
  • Create and maintain accurate inventory and incident reports
  • Perform cycle counting of parts and models in the warehouse
  • Assist with the shipping of printers and mobile devices, labeling, and updating the inventory system


Requirements

  • 1 year of experience in a warehouse or technical support role
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of MS-Office and Excel
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check
