Position Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Sales Associate to join our team. This full-time role involves promoting and selling buses within a designated sales territory. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in developing effective sales and marketing strategies for our vehicle offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong business relationships with existing and potential customers in the assigned market segment.
  • Achieve sales targets and market penetration goals through proactive sales activities.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and understand customer needs.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Provide exceptional pre and post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and changes in product applications.
  • Participate in trade shows and industry conventions to promote our products.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • A minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in a related industry.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and contact management software.
  • Valid driver's license is necessary.

Physical Requirements: The role requires the ability to sit and stand for extended periods, as well as the capability to lift up to 25 lbs. Candidates should be comfortable navigating an office environment and may need to climb stairs as necessary.
