As a Hostess Extraordinaire at S&L Beverages, LLC, you will be the first and last point of contact for our guests. We are counting on you to create an exceptional impression from the moment they arrive until the time they leave. Your role is pivotal in ensuring that every guest has a memorable dining experience.

Your key responsibilities include:

Greeting guests warmly and informing them of special promotions and events.

Thanking guests as they depart and encouraging them to return.

Efficiently managing the waiting list, seating guests, clearing tables, and supporting servers.

Answering phone calls promptly and efficiently.

Entering takeout orders into our POS system, upselling opportunities, verifying order accuracy, and handling payments.

Providing assistance to servers and management throughout the dining area.

Ensuring that every guest leaves satisfied and eager to return.
