**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Electromechanical Production Specialist to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in light electronic and/or electromechanical assembly work.

**About the Role:

This is a temporary opportunity with a reputable Electronic Sensor company. As an Electromechanical Production Specialist, you will be responsible for performing simple assembly procedures, operating contact welders and orbital swagers, and utilizing various tools, gages, and equipment. You will also be required to maintain quality standards, meet production quotas, and keep the work area clean and organized.

**Key Responsibilities:*

  • Perform simple assembly procedures with minimal supervision
  • Operate contact welders and orbital swagers safely and efficiently
  • Utilize a variety of tools, gages, and equipment to complete tasks
  • Maintain high-quality standards with minimal discrepant work
  • Meet or exceed established production quotas
  • Keep the work area clean and organized at all times

**Requirements:**

To be successful in this role, you will need to have strong manual dexterity, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. You must also be able to read, write, and follow written and verbal instructions in English.

**Compensation and Benefits:**

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $20.00 per hour. In addition to competitive pay, we offer a range of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance options, paid time off, sick time, and a 401(k) plan.
