Job Summary

Westgate Resorts is seeking a highly skilled and certified Lifeguard to join our team at our Gatlinburg, Tennessee location. As a Lifeguard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of our guests by maintaining constant surveillance and responding to emergencies in a timely and effective manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of the pool and surrounding areas
  • Respond to emergencies and provide first aid as needed
  • Assist with maintaining the overall safety and security of the resort
  • Attend scheduled in-service training and follow all established safety procedures
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a positive guest experience
Requirements
  • American Red Cross Lifeguard, CPR, First Aid, and AED Certification
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in outdoor weather conditions and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed
  • Pass a background check and drug test
