Dining Room Server for Richmond Place Senior Living

We are seeking an enthusiastic and compassionate Dining Room Server to join our culinary team. As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional service to our residents while creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere in our dining rooms.

About the Role:
- Provide full-scope serving functions within the community, ensuring a high level of quality and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Exemplify Community standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and organization at all times.
- Adhere to food quality, appearance, and presentation standards consistently.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including tables and workstations.
- Take orders, provide service, and deliver requested items with a smile.
- Answer questions about menu items and promote a welcoming dining atmosphere.
Requirements:
- A minimum completion of sophomore year in high school is required.
- Experience in food service work is preferred.
- Experience working with seniors is also preferred.
