We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at an outstanding school district in Santa Margarita, California.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement behavior intervention plans for students with autism and other behavioral needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other professionals to support student success
  • Conduct assessments and develop strategies to address student behavioral challenges
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need a Master's degree in Psychology or Special Education and BCBA certification, as well as valid California Education Credential or Pupil Personnel Credential in School Psychology with an Autism Authorization.

With a caseload of 43 students across elementary schools, this is an ideal position for someone who is comfortable working independently and has excellent organizational skills.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a highly competitive salary range of $50-$60 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a matching 401(k) plan.

In addition, we provide weekly pay and a W-2 classification, ensuring that your compensation is secure and predictable.

Interview Process:

The interview process typically begins with a 10-15 minute screening call with a Soliant Education Recruiter, followed by a 20-30 minute virtual interview with the school district.

An offer is usually extended within 24-48 hours of the virtual interview, so we encourage you to be prepared and available for this step.
