Estimated Salary Range$65,000 - $85,000 per year, based on experience and location.
About the RoleJob Responsibilities:
- Assess and treat patients to achieve optimal recovery outcomes.
- Complete thorough documentation to support patient care and department operations.
- Develop and implement new programs to enhance patient services and promote team growth.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, and staff to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Present educational sessions to fellow staff therapists to foster professional development.
- Contribute to the general operation of the department by actively participating in workflow improvement initiatives.
- SUPervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) in accordance with state regulations as necessary.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's (B.A., B.S.) or Master's degree (M.A., M.S.) or Doctorate (OTD) in Occupational Therapy from a certified program.
- Graduate of a certified occupational therapy program.
- Possess or be eligible for state licensure.
