Dunkin' Operations Manager

Dunkin', a beloved global brand, is looking for a skilled Shift Leader to join our team at one of our independently owned and operated locations.
As a Shift Leader, you will oversee restaurant operations on a shift-by-shift basis, providing support and coaching to team members to ensure tasks are performed effectively.
We offer a competitive salary of around $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and location. This estimate may vary based on your qualifications and performance.

Your Role
- SUPERVISE RESTAURANT OPERATIONS ON A SHIFT-BY-SHIFT BASIS: You'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant during your shift.
- ASSIST THE MANAGEMENT TEAM: You'll work closely with our management team to provide support and coaching to team members.
- ENSURE TASKS ARE PERFORMED EFFECTIVELY: You'll help to maintain high standards of service quality and efficiency.
Requirements
- PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE WORKING IN A CAFE OR QUICK SERVICE RESTAURANT PREFERRED
- SHOW PASSION ABOUT RESULTS BY SETTING COMPELLING TARGETS AND DELIVERING ON COMMITMENTS
- MET SAFETY AND SANITATION STANDARDS
- ANTICIPATE AND UNDERSTAND GUESTS' NEEDS AND EXCEED THEIR EXPECTATIONS
- WORK WELL IN A TEAM ENVIRONMENT
- FLUENT IN ENGLISH
