Key Responsibilities:- Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, bulldozers, loaders, and graders safely and efficiently.
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure it remains in good working condition.
- Read and interpret construction plans accurately to guarantee precise excavation and grading.
- Collaborate with the construction team to complete projects on time and within budget.
- Foster a safe work environment by adhering to all safety regulations and protocols.
- Prior experience operating heavy equipment in a construction or excavation setting.
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Physical strength and stamina required to perform job duties.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
