Beauty Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and creative Marketing Manager to support our marketing efforts across digital channels, content creation, and social media.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across paid search, social, email, and display channels, with a focus on performance optimization.
- Collaborate with the VP of Brand to implement campaigns that drive performance while managing day-to-day content production and social media strategy.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of our social media channels, ensuring engaging and consistent content is delivered.
- Assist in the creation and curation of content, collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to produce high-quality assets.
- Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics across digital, social, and content channels, making recommendations for optimization.
- Implement A/B testing strategies to improve campaign effectiveness and content performance.
- Collaborate with creative and product teams to ensure cohesive messaging across channels.
- Manage relationships with social media influencers and partners to enhance brand reach.
- Stay updated on the latest digital, social, and content trends to bring innovative ideas to the team.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, content management, and social media strategy.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (Google Ads, Meta, SEO, email, etc.) and experience managing paid campaigns.
- Proficiency in social media platforms with a track record of growing organic social presence.
- Experience in content creation, including copywriting, graphic design, and video production.
- Excellent analytical skills and experience with marketing tools (Google Analytics, CRM, etc.).
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Passion for beauty, skincare, and wellness.
Occasional travel required domestically to accounts/internationally for trend research or to other SWIM USA offices.
Office - flexible hybrid schedule - required to be in the office 3 days per week.
Must be able to stand, sit, walk and climb stairs up to 8 hours per day.
