About the Position

We are seeking a Building Services Technician to join our team at MaineHealth. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining buildings, grounds, equipment, and utilities across all departments, with a focus on ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality.

Estimated Salary: $58,000 - $68,000 per year

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, with five years of related experience preferred. Boiler Operator Licensure is also highly valued. The successful candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain buildings, grounds, equipment, and utilities across all departments
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, inspecting, and repairing facilities and equipment
  • Assist in developing and implementing maintenance schedules and plans to ensure optimal facility performance
