Nurse Care Coordinator for Seniors

Comprehensive nursing care for seniors requires a unique blend of clinical expertise and interpersonal skills. As a Registered Nurse with the Good Samaritan Society, you will provide personalized attention to residents in a not-for-profit organization dedicated to senior care.
About the RoleThis full-time position involves coordinating care, assessing residents, and providing education while adhering to nursing practices and ethics. The role requires flexibility in scheduling and a minimum of 24 hours of work per month across multiple locations within 150 miles of your permanent address.
Key Responsibilities- Care for residents in all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment
- Coordinate care, assess residents, and provide education
- Work at least one weekend rotation per month and maintain a flexible schedule
The estimated salary range is $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, a 401(k) retirement plan, and generous time off.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you must have a current RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring and/or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state. A graduate degree from a nationally accredited nursing program is preferred, and prior experience in long-term care is required.
