Fabrication Specialist

About the Role

VSR Industries is seeking an experienced Fabrication Specialist to join our team in Henderson, NV.

As a key member of our production floor, you will be responsible for assembling slot cabinets and bases. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble and fabricate slot cabinets and bases to meet quality and production standards
• Operate hand tools and equipment safely and efficiently
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth production workflow
• Identify and report defective items or issues
• Assist in other areas of the production floor as needed
• Maintain excellent attendance and punctuality

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• No experience necessary; on-the-job training provided
• Good eyesight, including depth perception, peripheral vision, and color differentiation
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check

Physical Demands:

• Stand, walk, and lift up to 8 hours daily
• Close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth vision
• Lift, push, pull, and/or carry up to 50 lbs continually

Work Environment:

• Full-time, hourly position
• 8-hour shift, day shift
• Monday to Friday schedule
• Overtime available

Salary: $18-$22 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
