Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Propane Delivery Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our delivery crew, you will be responsible for safely transporting propane to various locations while ensuring exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Safely transport propane to residential, commercial, and industrial locations.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the delivery vehicle to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Loading and unloading propane cylinders and tanks using proper lifting and safety techniques.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure the safe handling and delivery of propane.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and customer transactions.
- Collaborate with the dispatch team to optimize delivery routes and schedules.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-3 years of job-related experience (preferred).
- Positive attitude, safe mindset, and great communications/customer skills.
- CDL-Class A or B (Hazmat/Tanker) endorsements (must attain within 90 days of hire).
- Physically able to lift and pull up to 60 pounds in all weather conditions.
- Current and valid driver's license with a driving record that meets insurability guidelines.
- Competitive hourly rate: up to $26 per hour depending on experience.
