Job Title: Production Team Member

About the Role:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our production team at Atlas Roofing Corporation. As a Production Team Member, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all plant and safety rules, and performing various tasks to support our production and shipping departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow all plant and safety rules, including wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the facility and surrounding areas.
• Perform cleaning duties, both inside and outside the facility.
• Assist with production and shipping department duties as needed.
• Operate a forklift, if certified, to perform assigned tasks.
• Participate in general painting and maintenance of the facility.
• Empty trash receptacles throughout the facility.
• Notify supervisors of any supplies needed to complete tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervision.

Requirements:

• Ability to work rotating shifts, overtime, and weekends.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Ability to accurately read and use a tape measure.
• Ability to pass a forklift operator's test and safely operate a forklift.

Education and Certifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
