Job Summary

This position involves assembling exterior prehung doors according to customer specifications and performing any necessary bracing for transportation to the jobsite. The successful candidate will need to maintain a high level of productivity, keeping up with the pace set by the Production Supervisor and adhering to the daily production schedule.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring consistent, exacting standards of manufacturing and professional, courteous assistance to internal team members and customers.
  • Operate door production equipment (nail guns, chop saws, etc.) safely and efficiently, following device specifications.
  • Assemble prehungs with high accuracy and consistency, adhering to established manufacturing procedures and customer work orders.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including facility and inventory areas.
  • Meet daily production goals as set by management, promoting a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Lead by example, wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE) and maintaining a safe workspace.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
  • Possess a valid U.S. citizenship or authorization to work in the United States.
Requirements
  • Holds a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Demonstrates ability to operate door equipment safely and effectively.
  • Displays strong communication, coordination, and teamwork skills to achieve production goals.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $42,000 - $60,000, depending on experience. In addition to competitive pay, we offer:
