Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Estimator to join our team at K2 Staffing. This is a full-time opportunity based in Denver, CO.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the preconstruction effort for various disciplines, including quantity survey, subcontractor solicitation, and research of specified items.
  • Determine applicable project plans, specifications, and supporting documentation.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a construction-related field.
  • Excellent listening and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, estimating software (Timberline or similar), and scheduling software (Primavera or similar).
  • Careful attention to detail and resourcefulness in acquiring project-specific information.
  • Demonstrates a strong work ethic and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Able to effectively manage multiple tasks under differing deadlines.
  • Flexible hours may be required due to project or proposal deadlines.

Work Environment

The Construction Project Estimator will work primarily in an office/job site setting, collaborating with the team to ensure successful project completion. The position involves frequent exposure to fumes, moving mechanical parts, and vibration, as well as occasional extreme weather conditions. The noise level can be loud, and the role requires traversing over construction terrain when necessary.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
