Salary
We offer a competitive salary range of $150,000 - $180,000 per year, commensurate with experience, to attract the best talent in the field.
Job Description
As a CRNA at our esteemed institution, you will be part of a dynamic team of 50+ physicians, 24 anesthesia residents, and 20+ CRNAs, providing state-of-the-art anesthesia services to patients in need. You will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional patient care. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing high-quality anesthesia care to patients undergoing various surgical procedures
- Collaborating with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
- Participating in departmental quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must possess current certification as a CRNA from the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA) and current Massachusetts Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) licensure issued from the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Nursing (BORN). Additionally, you should have excellent communication and teamwork skills, a strong commitment to patient safety, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
