Restaurant Associates is a leading provider of dining and event catering services, committed to delivering exceptional experiences for our clients. We are currently seeking a skilled Food Safety and Workplace Wellness Manager to join our team.

As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food safety and workplace wellness across all our locations. This includes maintaining compliance with local, state, and federal health codes, as well as conducting regular inspections and training sessions to ensure our employees have the knowledge and skills needed to prevent accidents and maintain a safe working environment.

About the Role:
  • Salary: $92,000 - $115,000 per year
  • Location: Cambridge, MA
  • Job Type: Full-time

To be successful in this role, you should have a college degree or equivalent work experience, 5-10 years of kitchen experience, or 3-5 years of field experience as an inspector. You should also have strong attention to detail, the ability to teach and train various skills and subjects to individuals and small groups, a strong commitment to workplace safety, and the ability to problem solve and give pragmatic solutions. Knowledge of local and state Health Code, understanding of HACCP, ServSafe certification, and a valid DOH Food Protection card are required.
