  • Prepare pleadings, such as wage garnishments, bank attachments, and motions to revive, as directed by attorneys.

  • Manage electronic filing and convert documents into electronic format.
  • Scan and input files into electronic files.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma required; business school, associate degree, or equivalent preferred.
  • Strong analytical and judgment skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a professional telephone manner.
  • Proficient computer skills, with experience in typing and computer input.
  • Flexibility and ability to multi-task, with a strong attention to detail.
