Job Title: Technical Documentation Specialist

Job Summary:
Apex Systems is seeking a skilled Technical Documentation Specialist to support a global specialty materials client in the King of Prussia area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical writing and a desire to support the R&D team in an administrative capacity.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Gather technical data from various sources, including colleagues and technical documents.
2. Ensure the accuracy of raw material specifications, which is critical for production.
3. Summarize data, write updated raw material specifications, and secure approvals.

Requirements:
1. High School Diploma with 5+ years of technical writing experience, associate degree with 2+ years of technical writing experience, or BS in any scientific/technical field (chemistry, material science, etc.).
2. Ability to interpret technical documentation.
3. Clear, rigorous technical writing skills.
4. Fluency with Office, particularly Word and Excel.

Preferred Qualifications:
Ability to write/understand simple scripts in Python.
