Job Summary

The Trauma Registrar is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of data entered into the Trauma Database. This includes collecting and abstracting data from patient charts, assigning E-codes and ICD9 codes, and preparing registry reports. The successful candidate will also be responsible for submitting reports to the Ohio Trauma Registry and the National Trauma Data Bank, and ensuring compliance with trauma regulations and reporting requirements.

Key Responsibilities

* Collect and abstract data from patient charts

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in a related field
* 2+ years of experience in data collection and management
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
