Senior Administrative Assistant

Capital One is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join their team. This role will provide administrative support to 4 to 6 executives in a fast-paced tech-savvy environment.
The ideal candidate will be a quick thinker, able to adapt to constantly changing demands and priorities. They will be resourceful and autonomous, with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities will include managing daily calendars, arranging meetings and travel, creating expense reports, and disseminating information. The successful candidate will also be responsible for driving key team activities and events, preparing professional business communication documents, and building and maintaining good business relationships with executives and administrative staff.
